When life gives you limes, make a mojito…turkey! Not where you thought I was going, huh? Trust me, this mojito lime turkey will be completely worth it.
This makes a great option for summer grilling and pairs beautifully with fresh summer vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, and yellow squash. You could even make a large batch and cut up the turkey to top salads.
Serve the turkey cutlets with assorted fresh veggies. Things like cherry tomatoes, yellow tomatoes, fresh cucumber & sugar snap peas give your plate beautiful color. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for another nod to our mojito friends.
You’ll be sure to impress your friends at your next cookout with this recipe.
Now, help me out friends, what else could we make mojito lime flavored?!
